I believe in a positive teaching approach, using supportive dialogue to encourage my students to improve.  I am passionate about music and trumpet playing, and I try to pass on that enthusiasm to my students.  

 

Current students of mine perform with Elgin Youth Symphony, Chicago Youth Symphony, IMEA All-State, and the top ensembles of their schools.  Former students of mine are studying music at DePaul University, University of Michigan, Lawrence University Conservatory, University of Illinois, Milikin University, and Michigan State University.
